Gluten Free Flour

1 cup of fine ground maize flour
2 cups of brown rice flour
1 cup besan flour (chickpea)
1 cup quinoa flour
2 cups potato flour
2 cups of arrowroot or coconut flour

Place all ingredients in an airtight container and mix thoroughly

(You may need to sift this flour for some recipes) # remember that GF flour is more absorbent and usually requires more water or liquid to prevent drying out!
